Full Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Synergy, FC Barcelona (FCB), their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the legality of entering this promotion under the laws of their country of residence.
2. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known football “hooligans” are not allowed to enter into this Promotion.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 09.00 BST on Wednesday 28th June 2017 and 12.00 (Midday) BST on Friday 28th July 2017.
4. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required and a valid and public Instagram account is required.
5. To Enter: Either:

a Log onto your Instagram account (or create one for free), follow @bekofrance and upload a photo of your favourite #Place2Play football with the hashtag #Place2Play and tag @bekofrance to gain one entry into the prize draw.

6. Further entry details:

a. Entrants must only submit images that are their own work
b. Entrants must not upload images which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity;
c. Entrants must obtain permission from anyone who features in their entry before entering; and
d. Entrants must only upload images that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights.

7. Entries must contain the hashtag #Place2Play and tag @bekofrance to be valid.
8. Entrants must continue to follow the @bekofrance on Instagram after the end of the Promotion Period to be contacted if selected as a winner.
9. By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries to be used by the Promoter and/or FC Barcelona without further compensation, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year for promotion purposes from the date of entry. Copyright will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this Promotion, the entrant agrees to the Promoter and FC Barcelona publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on their website, Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms. They also agree to other possible promotional use in media of the Promoter’s choosing without any further payment, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year from the date of entry but with appropriate credit given to the original entrant.
10. 11. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
12. Multiple entries are permitted on Instagram, providing each entry is accompanied by a different entry photo.
13. The Prizes: One winner will win 1 x 1x night’s Barcelona FC Experience for themselves and 3 friends.
14. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The prize is valid for the winner and three guests only;
b. The Prize includes:

i. 4x tickets to an FC Barcelona game at Camp Nou in the 2017/18 season (excluding El Clásico & Atletico Madrid)
ii. 4x Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest international airport in their country of residence to Barcelona.
iii. A one-night’s stay in a minimum 3* hotel in a standard room including breakfast each day.

c. The winner must be available to take the prize in the 2017/18 season (excluding El Clásico & Atletico Madrid).
d. Airline seats are subject to availability.
e. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions.
f. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.
g. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
h. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
i. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown.
j. If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternatives will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
k. The winner and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
l. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the local international airport and return transfers from the airport in Barcelona to the hotel in Barcelona are NOT included.
m. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes;
n. The winner is solely responsible for any income or other taxes associated with the awarding of their prize.

p. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include: domestic transfers (from the winner home of residence to the airport) transfers from the hotel in Barcelona to Camp Nou Stadium for the match, additional food or beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
q. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include: domestic transfers (from the winner home of residence to the airport) transfers from the hotel in Barcelona to Camp Nou Stadium for the match, additional food or beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

15. The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash or other alternative in whole or in part.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
18. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 1 working day of the closing date and, for your total confidence, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
19. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via a direct message on Instagram within 2 working days of the prize draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 2 days of initial contact. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within 2 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternative entrant selected in the same manner.
20. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the

Promoter:

a. contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
b. includes trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
c. defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); or
d. promotes any political agenda.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
22. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
23. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
24. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, and that Instagram has no liability for any element of this Promotion.

26. To the fullest extent possible in law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
27. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
28. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
29. The winner will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.
30. If you are the winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winner of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
31. The name and country of the winner will be available by sending an email to BekoTime2Play@Synergydigital@beko.com which will be available after 10th August 2017 for 4 weeks.
32. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
33. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
34. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
